The current 14 employees at ABL-TECHNIC in Stalowa Wola in the Polish Carpathian foothills mainly work for industrial customers, in particular wheel manufacturers. Paint and other coatings are dissolved from metal parts at temperatures of over 400°C in the three pyrolysis ovens on site. The available ovens have the following sizes:

• 3.88 m x 9.5 m x 1.08 m
• 2.90 m x 7.60 m x 6.50 m
• 2.80 m x 1.00 m x 9.00 m

All systems have built-in filters. We also operate a tunnel oven in Stalowa Wola for the automated paint stripping of rims. Painted rims are fed into the machine on one side and can be completely stripped of paint on the other side.
